| 半导体探测器 semiconductor detector 用半导体材料制成的将射线能量转换成电信号的探测器。又称半导体计数器。实质上是一个半导体材料高掺杂的较大体积的晶体二极管。入射粒子进入半导体探测器后，产生空穴-电子对 ，这些空穴 -电子对被探测器两电极的电场分开，并分别被阴极和阳极收集，产生同射线粒子交出的能量成正比的输出脉冲信号，从而可探测射线的强度。由于产生一个空穴-电子对所需的能量约3电子伏特（eV），半导体探测器的能量分辨率比闪烁计数器和气体电离探测器的要高得多。 |
