The ratio of factorial cumulant to factorial moment of multiplicity distributions in different pseudorapidity windows has been calculated by using the experimental data of multiplicity production for pp collisions at 400GeV/c.

For the purpose of identifying harmonic components in vibration signals with strong Gaussian colored noise,by using an estimation algorithm of time averaged three-order cumulant,a method of harmonic retrieval from the(vibration) signals is presented in the paper.

After the analysis for speech signal with of three-order cumulant spectrum,this algorithm through using subharmonic-harmonic rate method can compute harmonic parameters and high-low frequency energy ratio.
