拓本
拓本把石碑或器物上的文字或纹饰拓印在纸上的一种工作。拓印所需工具主要是宣纸、扑子。润湿宣纸，最好用白岌水，能使薄纸更好地贴附于被拓物的表面。扑子由三部分制成，内部用新棉花.外加一层不透水的薄纸.以免拓时棉球被墨浸湿，形成墨团。最外面包上绸子，也可用布一般来说，大扑子作蘸墨用.小扑子作拓印用。拓印的基本方法:先把要拓的花纹或文字剔刷清楚，用同样大小的宣纸盖上，把纸轻轻润湿，然后在湿纸上蒙一层软性吸水的纸保护纸面，再用毛刷轻轻敲捶，使湿纸贴附在该物表面除去蒙上的纸后，等湿纸稍干，用大扑子蘸适量的墨、敷匀在小扑子面上，向纸上轻轻扑打。上墨时.第一遍色宜浅.干后再上一遍或几遍。拓纸应等墨干后取下，以免抽皱不平根据着墨的不同，可分为乌金拓、蝉衣拓、朱拓几种墨色浓重发亮的称乌金拓，墨色匀淡的称蝉衣拓，以朱砂色代墨的称朱拓。
