hengliang横梁(guide bar)装在轧机机架上支承和固定导卫装五的构件,也叫导板梁。横梁不仅需要有足够的强度,而且要求它能在机架上牢固固定和装卸方便;导卫装置在横梁上的固定也要保证牢靠和装卸方便。 踢灌豪瞥 a bc 图1横梁新面形状 a矩形;b梯形;。一组合形常见的横梁断面形状有3种(图1)。矩形断面的主要用作上横梁;梯形断面和组合形断面的则分别用作较小的或较大轧机的下横梁,其特点是固定导卫装置既方便又牢靠。常见的横梁固定方法有两种:一种是用楔子从侧面挤紧或是从上面压紧于机架立柱内侧面的横群翼 ab 图2横梁的两种安装方法 a一侧槽固定;b一螺栓固定梁槽内(图Za);另一种是用放置于机架立柱正面横梁槽内的螺栓固定(图Zb)。安装在机架上的横梁必须保持水平,上下方向的位置也要恰当,否则将会影响固定在横梁上的导卫装置位置的正确性。因此,横梁的位置应随轧辊直径的变化而作必要的改变。如以第一种固定方法固定梯形断面横梁时,(图3),有关尺寸按以下经验数值确定: 巴下刘贷喀不洲 图3横梁的尺寸 _2,_,,,,___、 H~。·1‘,B~言H,‘一l‘一(5一20)mm, 五=L‘一(5~20)mm;b~b‘一(3~15)mm式中万、B、L分别为横梁的高度、宽度和长度;l、b分别为横梁工作部分的长度和固定部分的宽度;bl、刀、厂分别为机架立柱内侧面横梁槽的宽度,两个立柱横梁槽槽底之间的距离和两个立柱内侧面的距离。 (成友义)
