过磷酸钙 calcium superphosphate 主要成分为磷酸二氢钙Ca(H2PO4)2和石膏CaSO4·2H2O。又称过磷酸石灰。用硫酸分解磷灰石Ca5(PO4)3F制得的称为普通过磷酸钙,简称普钙,主要成分为Ca(H2PO4)2·H2O、无水硫酸钙和少量磷酸 ,含有效 P4O10 14 % ~ 20 % ,其中80%~95%溶于水,属水溶性速效磷肥,可直接作磷肥,也可用于制复合肥料。由于普通过磷酸钙的品位比较低,单位有效成分的销售价格偏高,磷肥工业又出现一些高浓度磷肥。用磷酸和磷灰石反应,所得产物中不含硫酸钙,而是磷酸二氢钙,这种产品被称为重过磷酸钙,为灰白色粉末,含有效P4O10高达30%~45%,为普通过磷酸钙的两倍以上。重过磷酸钙主要用作酸性磷肥。将重过磷酸钙与碳酸氢钠作用,可放出二氧化碳气体,用于食品发酵。 |
