Experiment of frictional resistance has been conducted in view of the partial abrasion between rods and tubes caused by the product fluid of polymer, breakage and drop of rods and tubes which lead to shortened pump-check cycle.
针对聚合物采出液对抽油杆管偏磨严重,杆管断脱,检泵周期缩短问题,开展了摩擦阻力实验,测出了黏弹性流体对抽油杆柱沿程阻力、抽油杆接箍和扶正器的局部阻力以及抽油泵凡尔局部阻力,得出了阻力计算公式。
