针对河南油田稠油浅井区块的地层特点,研究配套了基于常规钻井设备的单行程套管钻井工艺与工具,使用φ178 mm套管,在井楼、古城油田进行了5口井套管钻井现场试验,建井周期同比缩短了20%,钻机月速提高了86%,取得了良好的效果。
补充资料:半潜式钻井平台
一种海上钻井装置。上部为工作甲板,下部为两个下船体,用支撑立柱连接。工作时下船体潜入水中,甲板处于水上安全高度,水线面积小、波浪影响小、稳定性好、自持力强、工作水深大。半潜式平台用锚和钢丝绳定位,工作水深为180m左右;用锚和链结合定位,工作水深可提高到450m。新发展的动力定位技术用于半潜式平台后,工作水深可达900~1200m,定位精度在1~2%水深的半径范围内。半潜式与自升式钻井平台相比,优点是工作水深大,移动灵活;缺点是投资大,维持费用高,要有一套复杂的水下器具,有效使用率低于自升式。
