This paper briefly introduces the preparation and measurement of pore solution and discusses the effects of mixed materials, two chloride salts and curing period on OH - and Cl - concentration in pore solution as well as the related mechanism.

This paper is a report on design and manufacture of the apparatus for preparing the pore Liquid of hardened cement paste and also an introduction of the method of determination by experiments of the composition of pore solution in hardened cement paste .

According to the newest testing results, it has widely analysed and expounded the granules and aggregate compositions ,pore size distribution before and after consolidation and minute structure soft clay in Shanghai and discussed the pore solution composintions and exchanging ability of cations from phy -chemical theory, and the effects of soil body brought by artificial injection.
