Through many engineering projects, this paper compared the differences of the high tide level between the designing of a-hundred-year return period and the surveying in the ocean station, the designing of a-hundred-year return period in the engineering point and the surveying in the reference station .

补充资料：半潜式钻井平台
一种海上钻井装置。上部为工作甲板，下部为两个下船体，用支撑立柱连接。工作时下船体潜入水中，甲板处于水上安全高度，水线面积小、波浪影响小、稳定性好、自持力强、工作水深大。半潜式平台用锚和钢丝绳定位，工作水深为180m左右；用锚和链结合定位，工作水深可提高到450m。新发展的动力定位技术用于半潜式平台后,工作水深可达900～1200m,定位精度在1～2％水深的半径范围内。半潜式与自升式钻井平台相比，优点是工作水深大，移动灵活；缺点是投资大，维持费用高，要有一套复杂的水下器具，有效使用率低于自升式。
