On the basis of the analyses of phytoplankton physiology and bio-optics,this paper proposes that the CFE(chloro- phyll fluorescence efficiency)algorithm is not a precision appreach to estimation of fluorescence quantum yield(FQY)by using moderate resolution imaging spectrometer(MODIS)data,and then presents the algorithm,a new MODIS algo- rithm for more accurate estimation of FQY.

在一块特制的玻璃片上，涂上一层钨酸钙或硫化锌等荧光物质的结构，在受电离辐射照射，会发出可见光线，用作电视机、电子显微镜，以及X线透视的观察屏。为防止射线对观察者的损害，荧光屏外罩有一层铅制玻璃。荧光屏的颜色有两种：一种为黄绿色，多采用硫化锌镉或其它荧光物质加极微量的镍制成。另一种为蓝紫色，多采用硫化镉或其它荧光物质加极微量的银制成。
