Using seismic, logging, and assaying data, and combined with vitrinite reflectance erosion thickness restoration method and seismic stratigraphy Paleogeomorphology restoration way, we have restored Caledonian paleogeomorphology in the central area of Tarim.

Caledonian karst palaeogeomorphology and the forming condition of gas pool,southern Ordos Basin;

Caledonian karstification of Ordovician carbonates in the Tahe oilfield,northern Tarim basin,Northwest China,and its petroleum geological significance;

Chronological Study of Caledonian Metamorphic Pegmatite Muscovite Deposits in the Altay Mountains, Northwestern China, and Its Significance;

Systematical analysis of volcanism, sedimentation, magmatic intrusion, metamorphism and deformation in this area show that Suizhou-Yingshan area of Hubei Province during the Caledonian Period underwent five geological events which reveal a whole process of rifting and the Caledonian regional metamorphism is the last metamorphic event in Suizhou-Yingshan area.

There is a inherited paleouplift in the Jianghan Plain area of the southern margin of East Qinling and Dabie Orogenic Belt during Caledonian period.
