影像学检查方式之一。CT扫描中，利用标准参照物作对照，进行兴趣结构成分的定量测量的成像方式。最早施行的QCT检查为骨骼的矿盐含量定量测量，目前仍为最精确的骨矿盐定量测量方法。相继开发的还有脂肪含量的定量测量、冠状动脉钙化定量测量等。QCT不是常规CT检查，需应用专用的参照物和软件。
