g了习2旧l刀ehang bicozhun工作波长标准(working~elengths切Lnd田d)在长度干涉测量中所有作为波长标准的稳频激光、自由运转激光或光谱灯辐射，除长度计量基准外，均称为工作波长标准。其波长必须能通过拍频测量或波长测t方式最后溯源到长度计量基准上，或通过激光频率侧t直接溯源到米定义上。各种工作波长标准复现长度单位米的不确定度随光源的性能和种类而异。由于长度计量基准对环境条件要求较高，装置较复杂，激光翰出功率较弱，往往不能满足长度测量的要求，故在测t中直接使用长度计t基准的情况较为少见。在精密长度测t中均须根据测量的环境条件和所要求的测量不确定度选择合适的工作波长标准。(倪育才)
