Evaluation of Uncertainty of Determination of PBBs and PBDEs in Printed Wiring Boards By GC/MS;

The determination of polybromobiphenyls(PBBs) and polybromobiphenyl ethers(PBDEs) in electrical and electronic equipment were based on gas chromatography–mass spectrum with select ion scan(GC-MS-SIS).

A static solid-phase microextraction procedure combined with liquid-liquid extraction was developed to determine the poly(dimethyl) siloxane(PDMS)-water partition coefficients(Kf) of polybrominated biphenyls(PBBs) by GC-MS.

In order to establish a new method for the PBBs detection by immuno-PCR, two sorts polybrominated biphenyls hapten was synthesized by introducing amino group and carboxyl group as a substituent at the aromatic ring while retaining the biphenyls ring.
