Construction measurement has been done on a prestressed concrete flat slab project in Suzhou,showing that,performance of the prestressed slab was good in the course of constructing,beams added to the slab can improve its capability, the design methods of the standard are practicable under such a overweight load,and the value of extension and effective width of the flange are believable.

In optical packet switching,three kinds of functions including the separation of label and payload, optical power equalization and Time to Live(TTL)are realized by using Fabry-Perot Semiconductor Optical Amplifier(FP-SOA).
