补充资料：苫小牧国家石油储备基地
| 苫小牧国家石油储备基地 National Oil Storage Base，Tomakomai 日本国家石油储备基地中最大的一座现代化战略储备基地。位于日本北海道苫小牧市以东 。 占地面积274万平方米，整个库区分3期建成 。第一罐区建有30座油罐 ，1984年（昭和59年）10月完成 ； 第二罐区16座油罐 ，1988 年（昭和63年11月完成；第三罐区11座油罐，1990年（ 平成2年 ）11月完成。油库共拥有11.48 万立方米浮顶油罐55座 ，4.27万立方米浮顶油罐2座，总容量640万立方米。该基地与属于民间性质的北海道石油共同储备基地（ 拥有 11.48万立方米油罐31座，总容量355万立方米 ）相毗邻 。两基地共同使用装卸油管线和苫小牧东港的12.7万吨级原油码头。基地内还设有原油泵房和自动消防系统等配套工程。油库管理高度自动化。共有91名生产管理人员。 |
