石笋 stalagmife 由喀斯特溶洞底部向上生长的碳酸钙沉积物。因形如笋状而得名。洞顶下滴的含碳酸钙的渗流水,在洞底发生溅击作用,一些水分蒸发掉,二氧化碳逸去,碳酸钙发生沉淀,形成由洞底自下而上生长的石笋。石笋通常比钟乳石短粗。石笋常常由钟乳石滴下的水形成,有时候两者相接,成为从洞底到洞顶的一个完整石柱。由渗滴下来的水在洞壁形成的碳酸钙沉积物,也常称作石笋。 |
