In this paper, the analysis and calculation of operating conditions of HVDCCB and metallic return transfer breaker (MRTB) during interrupting process in Gezhouba-Shanghai HVDC transmission line have been made with the Electro-Magnetic Transients Program (EMTP).

In the case that the multimap Γ was nonempty convex and Γ-was transfer open valued,we used Fan-Browder type fixed point theorem to prove the existence results of implicit generalized quasi-variational inequality problem,which was different from the work of Cubiotti,where the multimap Γ was lower semicontinuous.
