(Samplingfrequency)在单位时间内(如一日、一月、一年)应该取样的次数。测量水量和水质的数据都具有随机性,为获得随机变量的统计特征值,必须进行频繁的观测,以保证样本特征值能代表总体。它是按一定的设计要求进行推算,以确定应测量的次数,将求得的所需取样的次数大致均匀地分配在所要求的整个监测期间,就可确定出采样频率。
