In order to investigate Φ26×92 flat chain link made from Φ26 hot rolling 23MnNiMoCr54 steel,heating equipment is determined and empirical approach is employed to calculate and select extrusion equipment through changing the current process used to manufacture Φ26×92 pound chain and on the basis theory combining with practicality,making extrusion procedures meet production requirements.
为了研究Φ26热轧23MnN iMoCr54钢制成Φ26×92的扁平链环,通过改变现有生产Φ26×92的圆环链条工艺,在理论结合实际的基础上,确定加热设备、用经验法计算选定挤压设备,使挤压工序满足生产需求,小批量生产试验表明:挤压后的扁平环外观及几何尺寸符合要求,成品Φ26×92的扁平链机械性能试验达到国家标准要求,选用的扁平链制造工艺、中频加热、100 t压力机是合理可行的,为大批量生产扁平链环提供了有力的保证。

The primary object of this paper is to research the influence of the axial compressive ratio to the seismic performance of UPPC flat beam-column joints.
本文的工作主要包括以下内容:结合国内外关于轴压比对于柱、节点抗震性能影响的研究,讨论轴压比系数对无粘结部分预应力混凝土扁梁节点抗剪承载力、耗能、位移延性等方面的影响;对三个相同预应力度扁梁中节点进行不同轴压比条件下的拟静力实验,通过实验的方式研究轴压比系数对于扁梁节点抗剪、滞回、位移延性方面性能的影响;应用有限元分析程序,对扁梁节点进行非线形的单向荷载受力分析,模拟节点从开裂—屈服—破坏的过程。

This paper with the help of a method of dynamics of a multi rigid body system, this paper established for the first time the dynamic model and mathematic model of ammunition belt links.
应用多刚体动力学分析的方法，首次建立了每个链节具有４个自由度的弹链系统多刚体动力学模型及相应的数学模型，并对弹链运动系统和自动机运动系统作耦合数值模拟，真实地描述了弹链的运动规律和弹链阻力的变化规律，在此基础上，对影响弹链阻力的诸多因素进行了分析，并在保证自动机射速稳定的条件下对主要参数进行调整和匹配，使弹链阻力对自动机运动循环的影响减到最小。
