This paper based on the low gas permeability coal seam 416 stope working face of Tongchuan mineral bureau,we analyzed the mechanism of the hydraulic cutting seam to improve the gas permeability coal seam,by this study,it shows the hydraulic cutting seam technology is effectual measure and it is provided with nicer practically and capacious foreground.
