Based on the idea of quantitative invisibility and the use of critical points, this paper propose a new hidden curve removal algorithm, which is used to decide what (accessible) portion of the model using 3-axis NC milling and a given tool directional orientation, and to avoid correspondent cutter interference in NC milling.
