本文以九段沙尾水下沙洲这一典型区域为切入点,根据大量现场实测水文泥沙、地形地貌以及收集到的数字化海图资料,从河口来水来沙、区域水动力条件、沉积物及微地貌特征、地形变化等多角度出发,分析该研究区域内的动力沉积特征、冲淤演变规律及其主要影响机制;最后还结合数值模拟的方法对比分析了北槽深水航道导堤工程前后的水动力变化,并基于DEM模型分析了工程期间的各阶段地形冲淤特征。

滑动性疝均应手术修补。一般采用经腹股沟修补术。麻醉、切口和显露疝囊的手术步骤与斜疝手术相同。显露疝囊并切开,然后在滑出内脏(例如盲肠)的周围约1.5cm处作一环形切口,切开腹膜(即疝囊),在腹膜外游离盲肠,直至疝囊颈部(内环)外。注意勿损伤肠管的动、静脉。将游离的盲肠显露于切口外,在其后面将两侧腹膜作间断对合缝合,使其成为一个新的完整疝囊。然后,将游离的盲肠回纳入腹腔,在内环外用丝线作一荷包缝合,以关闭腹腔,剪除多余疝囊。然后施行Bassini或McVay术修补腹股沟管。
