气鼓 气鼓 病证名。鼓胀之一。 ①气机郁滞所致鼓胀。见《万病回春·鼓胀》:“中空无物,有似于鼓,小便短涩不利,其病胶固,难以治疗,用分消汤加减。” ②气虚所致全身肿胀。见《石室秘录·内伤门》:“气臌乃气虚作肿,似水臌而非水臌也。其症一如水鼓之状,但按之皮肉不如泥耳。必先从脚面肿起,后渐渐肿至上身,于是头面皆肿者有之。”治以健脾行气加利水之药,方用消气散。勿以水臌法治之。并禁食盐。
