| 规模经济 scope economy 人们根据生产力因素数量组合方式变化规律的要求，自觉地选择和控制生产规模，求得生产量的增加和成本的降低，而取得的最佳经济效益。规模经济或生产力规模的经济性，就是确定最佳生产规模的问题。规模经济包括部门规模经济、城市规模经济、公司规模经济和企业规模经济。在西方经济学里，规模经济主要用来研究企业经济。但作为生产力经济学的重要范畴，规模经济的含义则更为广泛，它包括从宏观到微观的能获得经济利益的各个层次的经济规模。主要有3种类型：①规模内部经济。指一经济实体在规模变化时由自己内部所引起的收益增加。②规模外部经济。指整个行业(生产部门)规模变化而使个别经济实体的收益增加。如：行业规模扩大后，可降低整个行业内各公司、企业的生产成本，使之获得相应收益。③规模结构经济。各种不同规模经济实体之间的联系和配比，形成一定的规模结构经济：企业规模结构、经济联合体规模结构、城乡规模结构等。 制约规模经济的因素主要有：①自然条件，如石油储量决定油田规模。②物质技术装备，如化工设备和装置能力影响化工企业的规模。③社会经济条件，如资金、市场、劳力、运输、专业化协作对企业规模的影响。④社会政治历史条件等。 在经济实体规模扩大时，产量的增加小于投入要素的增加比例，收益递减，就是规模不经济。在市场经济中，生产经营者总是追求规模经济，避免规模不经济。追求规模经济、研究取得最佳经济效益的合理规模及其制约因素和各种不同经济规模之间相互联系和配比，揭示经济规模结构的发展趋势，寻求建立最佳规模结构的主要原则和对策，对于发展社会生产力具有极为重要的意义。 |
