With the oilfield exploitation going into the stage of higher water-cut,in order to achieve the effective excavation of remaining oil in new step-out wells and local infilling wells,and fully develop the formation production,it is more and more important to develop and improve big diameter and deep penetration perforation completion technology.

The technology uses deep penetration perforation charge with high perforation density and large perforation diameter and surging perforation with greater pressure differential.

X-ray photograph analyses of jet flow produced by a perforating charge with big-hole and deep-penetration show that higher velocity of jet flow disc is beneficial to improve hole diameter and penetration depth of the charge.
