The large hole hard drilling is a technical difficult problem,though there are many researching thinking and methods from scientists and engineering technical personnel at home and abroad and achieved certain results.

With introduction of the main construction method,drilling equipment and technique used inlarge diameter hard rock drilling at home and abroad in the recent years,and comparison of the economical bene-fit,it is proposed that different drilling methods and the multi-process construction should be used to cope withdifferent conditions in large diameter hard rock drilling.
