补充资料:角毛藻属
      中心纲盒形藻目角毛藻科的 1属。壳面椭圆形或近圆形,有两根角毛。壳环面四角形(是常见的一个面),有两条明显的横纹。邻近细胞的角毛相连,使群体成链状。角毛的长度,常几倍于细胞体本身。链端角毛的形态,常和其他角毛不同,短而粗。细胞行多次间接分裂后,链内出现相异的角毛,于是就分成两条链。色素体两个或多个,有的种类角毛里也有色素体,是分种特征之一。生殖方法有:形成复大孢子、体眠孢子和有性繁殖。
  
  本属共有 180种,中国有70种以上。如洛氏角毛藻。多为海产,淡水生长的极少,在化石中出现的,常是其休眠孢子。角毛藻在海洋浮游生物中占重要的位置,是鱼类的良好食料。
