Starting from the angle of the circulating organization, this paper demonstrates the necessity of establishing the farming circulation channels taking the co-op as the intermediary organization, analyzes on the existing problems in this field, and puts forward some innovative ideas.

This paper analyzes on the difficulties of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises in the circulation channel,and taking the development history of E-commence Corporation Alibaba as the example,advances some methods for solving the problem of widening the circulation channel of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises with the manner of developing the public E-commence platform.

Therefore,analyzing the construction of its formation,development and circulation channel of coal distribute system in China is very important for further standardizing the market and improving circulating efficiency.
