| 散装运输 bulk transportation 使用各种运输工具从事粉末、颗粒及液体货物的散状载运。取消散货的包装，可提高运输的经济效益，是货运的发展方向。 散货运输出现以前，散货通常采用各种包装进行运输，如水泥的包装经历过桶装、袋装。包装，除装卸费时、笨重、体积大、成本高外，也不便实现快速机械化装卸。20世纪50年代以后，水泥散装运输量逐年增加，70年代在美国和日本已达水泥运量的90％以上。谷物运输同样经历了从袋装到散装的过程，小麦长距离运输基本已实现了散装运输，液体石油也已实现了散装运输。 散装运输要求装货、运输、卸货、存储和使用等环节的设备配套并协调，而且各环节要求连续输送和准确计量，如颗粒状、粉末状货物的装卸设备用机械风动和气力装卸设备，液体散货用管道连续输送并用输油臂装船等。为了准确计量，铁路运输多采用轨道衡，公路运输多采用地中衡，在库、场、码头、船舶上多采用电子秤等。20世纪60年代以后，工业发达国家开始采用动态计量设备，它是由秤台、换能器（测力传感器）和数据处理器组成的综合技术设备。 散货运输有良好的经济技术效果：可以减少工序，实现装卸运输过程的机械化，改善劳动条件，提高作业效率，节省包装材料，节省费用以及减少货损和提高运输质量。 |
