荞坨，是用面粉为主，加入荞面制成面皮、色入馅心，烘烤而成。成品色泽金黄，椭圆形，酥软细腻，入口即化，甜润可口。
原料
主料：面粉9千克，熟面粉6千克。
配料：养面3千克，芝麻500克。
调料：饴糖、红糖各3千克，白糖6千克，熟菜油5千克。桔皮糖700克、白明矾150克,小苏打300克,臭粉150克,赤红0.3克。
制法：
（1）先将白明矾用铜锅或铝锅（禁用铁锅）加水，用炉于加温溶化。
（2）制面团：用水（l干毫升）将红糖熔化成糖水，冷却后放入合面机，再顺序加入小苏打、臭粉、饴糖、赤红,拌匀后加入养面粉再搅拌匀；一面搅拌一面加入已溶化的白明矾水，待呈深黄色后，加入熟菜油（3千克），再继续搅拌；最后加入面粉（7千克），一起搅拌；至细腻而绵软不沙为止。
（3）制馅：将白糖、桔皮糖、熟菜油（1千克），水（1～2千毫升）放入合面机内，拌匀后加入熟面粉，再搅拌均匀即成馅。
（4）成型：将剩余面粉铺在案板上，拿出制好的养面团，分成若干份，取一份搓成圆条状，摘成每个重60克的小剂子，按成扁圆块（中间稍厚），包入46克馅心，上面粘上洗净的芝麻。
（5）烘烤：把养蛇生坯均匀地摆入烤盘（粘芝麻面朝上），入炉，用中火烘烤10分钟，表面呈金黄色即可。出炉冷却后,用排笔在成品上刷上一层熟菜油（1千克）即成。
