【房屋建筑结构分类】房屋建筑的结构分类是根据房屋的梁、柱、墙、楼层等主要承重结构的材料来划分的。按国家统计局的统一规定，房屋建筑结构分为六类:钢结构、钢和钢筋混凝土结构、钢筋混凝土结构、混合结构、砖木结构和其他。1.钢结构。建筑物梁柱、屋架等承重构件用钢材制作，墙用砖或其他材料制成，楼板用钢筋混凝土制成。如大跨度的钢结构厂房，大型体育馆的悬索结构，超高层的钢结构建筑等。2.钢和钢筋混凝士结构。是指承重的主要结构是由钢材和钢筋混凝土材料建造的。如一幢房屋的一部分梁柱采用钢制构架，一部分梁柱采用钢筋混凝土建造。在有的高层建筑中，梁和柱采用钢材，而在房屋中部的电梯间及设备管井则采用钢筋混凝土筒体。3.钢筋混凝土结构。这种建筑的梁柱、屋面板、楼板均以钢筋混凝土制作，墙用砖或其他材料制作。高层建筑及荷载较重的建筑物，包括薄壳结构，大模板现浇及使用滑模、升板等方法施工的建筑物，多采用钢筋混凝土结构。4.混合结构。建筑物的墙、柱为砖砌，楼板、楼梯为钢筋混凝土，屋顶为钢或钢筋混凝土制作。5.砖木结构。建筑物的墙、柱用砖砌筑，楼屋、屋架采用木料制作。对于砖木结构，上海市又分为砖木一等、砖木二等，砖木三等。(l)砖木一等:系指房屋两侧(指一排或一幢，下同)山墙和前沿横厚度均为一砖以上。(2)砖木二等:系指房屋两侧山墙厚度为一砖以上，前沿横墙厚度为半砖或板壁、假墙或其他单墙。厢房前沿墙和正房前沿墙不足一砖的也为砖木二等。(3)砖木三等:系指房屋两侧山墙以木屋架承重，用关砖墙或其他假墙填充，或者以砖墙、木屋架、竹析条、瓦屋面组成的结构。6.其他结构。凡不属于上述五种结构的房屋都归此类，如竹结构、木结构、竹木混合等。简屋可视作“其他结构”之列。
