In Horqin tibba with shifting dunes,the seed-dispersing patterns and mechanisms of Artemisia halodendron as a pioneering plant were investigated and this revealed that maternal Artemisia halodendron plants dispersed their seeds in remarkably different quantities and distances in different directions.
