Recently,there is an increasing interest on a novel type of fuel cell,the single chamber fuel cell,which generates electricity through the reaction of fuel with oxygen within the same chamber.

In this paper, single chamber, double-junction, parallel substrate manufacturing technology, key technical parameters and characteristic of large area (600mm×1200mm) a-Si solar cell module have been described.

Finally, high-quality microcrystalline silicon (μc-Si:H ) materials and relatively high efficiency solar cells using very high frequency plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (VHF-PECVD) were prepared in a single chamber.
