生理 名。亦称H-Y抗原。系雄性个体细胞表面所特有的一种抗原。出现在个体性腺分化之前，与Y染色体有重要联系。一般认为其定位在Y染色体短臂上(亦有认为在常染色体或X染色体上者)。无论其定位在哪里，均直接或间接控制着原始生殖腺分化为睾丸。如无其存在，则原始生殖腺分化为卵巢。
