   由阔节裂头绦虫寄生于人体回肠引起的寄生虫病。虫卵自孕卵节片逸出后随宿主粪便排出体外,在水中孵出钩毛蚴,经剑水蚤和淡水鱼(鳟、鲑等)两种中间宿主而发育为全尾蚴或裂头蚴。猫、犬以及人是其终宿主。人因进食不熟的带虫鱼肉而得病,临床上有腹痛、腹泻及恶性贫血等表现。氯硝柳胺治疗有效。
