MATERIALS AND METHODS:Micronucleus assay and chromosomal aberration assay were used to determine the mitotic index,the micronucleus frequency and chromosomal aberration frequency of Vicia faba root tip cells induced by different concentrations of chlorothalonil and cypermethrin.
