目痒若虫行症 目痒若虫行症   病证名。见《证治准绳·杂病》。本书认为:该病“非若常时小痒之轻,乃如虫行而痒不可忍也。为病不一,须验目上有无形证,决其病之进退。至如有障无障,皆有痒极之患。病源非一,有风邪之痒,有血虚气动之痒,有虚火入络邪气行动之痒,有邪退火息气血得行脉络通畅而痒。大凡有病之目,常时又不医治而自作痒者,痒一番则病重一番。若医治后而作痒,病必去速。若痒极难当,时时频作,目觉低陷者,命亦不久。有极痒而目脱者,死期至矣。痒而泪多者,血虚夹火。大抵痛属实,痒属虚。虽有火,亦是邪火乘虚而入,非其本病也。”本病的治疗方法参见目痒条。
