伯尔格运动法
Buerger exercise
治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的一种方法。目的是促使下肢的侧支循环更好地建立。让患者平卧，先抬高患肢45°以上，维持1～2min，再在床缘下垂2～3min，然后平放在床上2min，并做足部旋转、伸屈活动，反复做上述锻炼20min，每天数次，这样可增加患肢远端的侧支循环。
