1.不能用氯化钠注射液溶解（可混浊）。低于２０℃时难以溶解，可用低温（３０～４０℃）加温。溶液不稳定，应临用时配制，且于溶后尽快使用。 2.可有不良反应如皮疹、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、眩晕、耳鸣、手指麻木、手浮肿等。 3.器官形成期的动物实验中发现有致胎仔死亡情况，故妊娠初期不宜使用。
