蓖麻酸 ricinoleic acid 一种脂肪酸。 分子式C6H13CH(OH)CH2CH=CH(CH2)7COOH。学名顺式- 12-羟基-9-十八烯酸。其甘油酯是蓖麻油的主要成分,在总脂肪酸含量中高达87%。无色粘稠液体,工业品呈黄色。熔点5.5℃,沸点226.8℃(10毫米汞柱),相对密度0.9450(21/4℃),比旋光度十5.05°。溶于乙醇、乙醚和氯仿。蓖麻酸用氮的氧化物处理,转变为反式蓖麻酸,熔点52~53℃。蓖麻酸含有羟基、羧基和双链,化学性质活泼。蓖麻酸经破坏蒸馏,分解成庚醛和10-十一烯酸。10-十一烯酸是脚气灵的主要成分。蓖麻酸与氢氧化钠和空气共热,则得2-辛醇和癸二酸。2-辛醇是制备增塑剂的原料,癸二酸可转化成癸二胺,二者缩合聚合,可得重要的工程塑料尼龙1010。 |
