性质:又称着色强度。指颜料作为着色剂使用时,以其本身颜色使被着色物具有颜色的能力。着色力不仅取决于颜料化学结构,也与多种影响因素有关,如粒径较小(0.05~0.1μm),分布均匀,即可显示高的着色力;但粒子过细,透明度增加,遮盖力降低。着色力测定方法通常采取与标准样品相比较,用其差别比值确定,以百分数表示。同时也可采用仪器测色方法定量测出。
