Millard technique
又称为“旋转推进法”(Millard手术)。为1958年Millard所提出，以后不断改进成为当前较流行方法之一。先在健侧作两个旋转瓣以矫正鼻小柱畸形及使唇组织向下复位；再在裂侧作一推进瓣，以嵌入健侧两瓣旋转后所出现的缺损中。此法切除唇组织少，保留自然唇弓，术后形态与正常上唇近似，切口与人中嵴相仿，鼻孔畸形也得到一定改善，但手术设计灵活性较大，初学者不易掌握。较适用于裂隙外侧唇高不足而裂隙内侧唇高接近正常的病例。
