| 中柱学说 stelar theory 认为维管植物的根和茎的初生结构，系由皮层围绕着由维管组织组成的中央柱状结构——中柱构成的学说。中柱包括有维管组织以及与维管组织联系在一起的“联系组织”，即中柱鞘、髓和髓射线等。20世纪以来，中柱的概念有了很大的改变，现在的中柱，仅指维管系统，而不牵涉到体轴中央柱和维管组织结合在一起的一些基本组织。 根据维管植物的茎或根的初生结构中，维管组织与非维管组织相对分布图式的不同，通常将中柱分为原生中柱、管状中柱、网状中柱、真中柱和散生中柱等。 |
