短角(DJ)、安格斯(AG)牛原产于英国[1];一九九六年云南省家畜冷冻精液站从澳大利亚分别引进DJ、AG种公牛各4头,一九九七年对8头种公牛采精均获得成功,经过对两品种公牛繁殖性能及适应性分析,DJ种公牛较AG种公牛表现出较明显的优势。

本研究论文以芸薹属(Brassica)植物“禹氏三角”关系中的3个多倍体复合种和3个二倍体基本种为材料,从进化与发育生物学的角度,对这些多倍体和其祖先二倍体的花柱大小、柱头发育、角果基本性状发育、种皮发育及子叶发育等进行了研究,所得主要研究结果如下: 通过比较分析多倍体复合体与其祖先二倍体基本种在花柱、柱头大小、角果长度、宽度与表面积、种子直径及种子干重上的异同,得到多倍体复合种的发育规律是:有的多倍体品种如0857和1219偏向其祖先二倍体两个亲本之一的方向发育,而品种2685则是处于其两个亲本之间的趋势发育。
