The flavoring compounds of fresh Iris rhizomes treated by biological technology were prepared with simultaneous distillation and extraction equipment(SDE).
采用同时蒸馏萃取装置提取挥发油并用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对经发酵的新鲜鸢尾根茎挥发性香味化合物进行了分离和鉴定,分离并鉴定出 69个组分,占峰面积的 84 。
