猪肉绦虫
以成虫或幼虫寄生于人体的链状带绦虫，呈长面条形，可分头节、颈节与体节三部分。头节为其吸附器官，上有四个吸盘，顶突及小钩；颈节为其生长部分；体节可分为未成熟节片、成熟节片和妊娠节片。成虫寄生于人体小肠上部，其妊娠节片内充满虫卵，常脱离虫体随粪便排出，或节片自动从肛门逸出。虫卵被猪吞食后，卵壳在十二指肠内被肠液消化，六钩蚴即行脱出，钻入肠壁进入小静脉或淋巴循环而被输送至全身各部，以横纹肌为主要终点。在该处发育成为囊尾蚴，称为猪囊虫病。人进食未煮熟含有囊尾蚴的猪肉后，在消化液的作用下，囊尾蚴的头节伸出，吸附于肠壁，颈节逐渐生长出连串的体节，约2～3个月发育为成虫。人吞食虫卵后亦可发生囊虫病。
