静滴:成人将注射液10~20ml,加入5%或10%葡萄糖注射液250~500ml中缓慢滴注,每日1次。儿童用量酌减。对重症黄疸病人,每日可用2次。对低血钾病人可适当加大剂量。
注意事项:
1.不能作肌注或静注。 2.肾功能不全或高钾血症病人禁用。 3.除洋地黄中毒病人外,对房室传导阻滞者慎用。
