适应症:
主要用于急性黄疸型肝炎、肝细胞功能不全,也可用于其他急慢性肝病。本品还可用于低钾血症、洋地黄中毒引起的心律失常、心肌炎后遗症、慢性心功能不全、冠心病等。
用量用法:
静滴:成人将注射液10~20ml,加入5%或10%葡萄糖注射液250~500ml中缓慢滴注,每日1次。儿童用量酌减。对重症黄疸病人,每日可用2次。对低血钾病人可适当加大剂量。
注意事项:
1.不能作肌注或静注。 2.肾功能不全或高钾血症病人禁用。 3.除洋地黄中毒病人外,对房室传导阻滞者慎用。
规格:注射液:每支10ml,每毫升含钾10.6~12.2mg、含镁3.9~4.5mg。
