原料：
深色纹路部分：糖粉150克，可可粉60克，低筋粉120克，蛋清180克，黄油160克。
浅色表皮部分：糖粉425克，低筋粉425克，泡打粉5克，全蛋500克，色拉油75克，蛋清350克，细糖50克。
做法：
深色纹路部分：
1、将糖粉、可可粉、低筋粉一起过筛。
2、加入蛋清拌匀。
3、加入熔化的黄油拌匀，铺于不粘布或防油纸上。
4、用木轮或齿状刮片刮出纹路，备用。
浅色表皮部分：
1、将糖粉、低筋粉、泡打粉一起混合过筛。
2、加入全蛋液拌匀后再加入色拉油，拌合成糊状，备用。
3、蛋清与细糖一起用高速搅打至呈软尖峰状。
4、将拌好的蛋糊与打好的蛋白膏一起搅拌均匀。
木轮围边制作：
1、将深色纹路部分放在倒放的烤盘底上。
2、将表皮浆料倒在深色纹路上，用刀轻轻抹平。
3、烘烤，上火250度，下火0度。
附注：
深色纹路部分如不加可可粉，则配方调整为：
糖粉150克，低筋粉180克，蛋清150克，黄油160克。
拌成的浆料可加食用色素调色，制成各种颜色的纹路。
